Welcome to Landmark Hosts, a boutique vacation rental company in California with properties from the coast to the mountains. I’m Sarah, wife to my husband Jonathan, a mama (x3) and owner of Landmark Hosts. This space is where I will share well researched Airbnb tips, Airbnb design and discuss all things Airbnb business.
My husband, Jonathan, and I entered the vacation rental space in 2019 by renting out the guest house on our primary residence to people traveling to San Diego. We instantly fell in love with hosting and felt like this was the space where all our passions for renovating old homes, hosting and design collided. Since then, we’ve renovated four vacation rental properties and hosted hundreds of guests. We are currently working on our fifth and first cabin vacation rental that is coming Summer 2024!
